This course explores the App Connect features of F5 Distributed Cloud Services (XC) for Multi-Cloud Networking (MCN).

NOTE: Before starting, make sure to complete the foundational course, which covers Terraform and F5 Distributed Cloud setup: Automation Examples (Introduction) The Introduction Course goes through the steps to set up the GitHub Repository and configure the services and settings required for this course.

Before you begin this MCN course, you will need the following: working Terraform installation, AWS and Azure accounts with CLI, and a working F5 Distributed Cloud Services account with an API certificate.

Objectives of MCN App Connect course:

• create Azure V-NET and AWS VPC Sites using automation,
• validate created Sites via the F5 Distributed cloud console,
• deploy a sample workload into each of the Sites
• use HTTP Load Balancers to connect the workloads and expose to external traffic
• create an App Firewall and test connectivity
