Overview
We will start with deploying AWS VPC Site using F5 XC Console. Followed by that, we create Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Cluster in the existing VPC and Subnet that was created while deploying AWS VPC site. Along with deploying application in EKS cluster.
Then we will create a HTTP Load balancer, configure the Load Balancer with WAF Policy, and advertise it to the CE site to route the traffic to the CE site.
This setup will allow users to directly connect to the CE site and access the application, this infra bypasses the traffic flowing through the F5 XC Global Network.
F5 XC provides this possibility of the deployment of the CE in this kind of infra and it helps organizations can leverage the full functionality of the F5 XC irrespective of their application's environment.
We choose this infra assuming that Customer is trying to deploy application along with Customer Edge.
